The Marching Vikings is a musical ensemble that consists of wind, percussion, and color guard members. This ensemble is the primary large ensemble course offering during the fall semester. Students rehearse as a class during the regular school day as well as after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The main purpose of this ensemble is to provide students with the ability to aesthetically-entertain audiences at the highest level. Students work hard to present a comprehensive show that is both visually and aurally exciting for our audiences. Since an enormous amount of time is spent learning and perfecting productions each fall, hard work, dedication, and a great attitude are characteristics that must be maintained by every member of this ensemble. Students must submit themselves to a long standing tradition of excellence through self-discipline and commitment in order for our goals to be achieved and for this ensemble to be successful.
