WEDNESDAY, APRIL 27, 2011 - As a part of the White Oak Music Department’s 2011 Orlando Trip, we decided to create an educational opportunity and global connection for our students by having everyone ride “It’s A Small World” when we arrived at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom Theme Park. WEDNESDAY, APRIL 27, 2011 - During the week of April 25, 2011, members of the White Oak Marching Vikings and the White Oak Chamber Singers traveled to Orlando, Florida, to explore and perform at the Disney and Universal Theme Parks. This performance was also dedicated in honor of Nicholas Brower (1995-2010), a member of the White Oak High School Marching Vikings who passed away earlier in the week.
