About The Group

The Marching Vikings is a musical organization and ensemble that consists of wind, percussion, and color guard members who rehearse as a class during the regular school day of the fall semester. The main purpose of this ensemble is to develop, learn, and provide students with the ability to aesthetically-entertain audiences at the highest level, both visually and aurally, by studying a wide variety of music and applying this to different visual formations. Since an enormous amount of time is spent learning and perfecting shows, hard work, dedication, and a great attitude are characteristics that must be maintained by every member of this ensemble in order for our goals to be achieved and for this ensemble to be successful.
